Intermediate Hip Hop
The intermediate hip hop class is a chance to get down and dirrrty. There's a very high level of energy and it's a great opportunity to let loose, go wild, and have fun. The choreography is usually hard-hitting and specific to counts so it's a plus if you're able to count music. The class starts off with a basic warm up and then right into a combo. We will work on a different combination every 2 weeks. I'll go over the movements many times so be prepared to get hot and sweaty - a great workout!
