We like to move, and we hope that you do to! Conditioning class is a mix-bag of a variety of physical activities, designed to get your heart rate up, your muscles strengthening, and those happy endorphins flowing! In this class you can expect to find yourself to be doing everything from cardio and strength building, to dance- inspired exercise, yoga, flexibility improvement, and partner/group activities! This class is not dance-technique based, so it is suitable for people who have absolutely no previous dance experience, as well as those who are even the most seasoned ballerinas! We will be using some of the same ‘base activities’ in every class for warm-ups and stretching, as well as doing some different exercises from class to class to keep it fun and engaging! So, if you like moving as much as we do, lace up your sneakers, bring your water bottle (you’ll need it!) and join us!
